Washing Machine Door Interlock Switch for Russell Hobbs RH814W111B 32024465

This door interlock holds the washing machine door shut during a programme and allows the appliance to recognise when it is locked. Replacement for Russell Hobbs RH814W111B washing machines, this switch takes the place of a worn interlock that may prevent a cycle from starting. Part number 32024465 identifies the switch.

A worn lock may leave the door closed but stop the wash from starting. This part helps restore the locked-door signal and holds the door in place while the drum turns. Compare the M8 type fitting with the part already in the machine. Isolate the mains supply before work; a competent person must fit and test it under current UK wiring regulations.

Key Features:

• Restore The Door Lock - Replacement for Russell Hobbs RH814W111B washing machines. This interlock holds the door shut during a wash and helps the machine start when the lock engages.
• Secure The Door During A Wash - The new interlock holds the door in its locked position while the drum turns, taking the place of the switch already in the machine when it no longer engages reliably.
• Bring Back A Reliable Start - A working interlock lets the washer recognise a closed, locked door so the programme can begin. This part replaces the failed switch rather than masking a fault elsewhere in the circuit.
• Keep Electrical Work Safe - This mains electrical switch must be fitted and tested by a competent person in accordance with current UK wiring regulations. Isolate the machine from the mains before work begins.
