Description

This slim cleaning brush is made for clearing lint from tumble dryer fluff filters, condenser units and heat exchanger fins, and measures 19cm long by 3cm wide by 1cm deep.

Lint is what kills tumble dryers. It packs into the condenser fins and the filter housing where it cannot be reached by hand, and every gram restricts the airflow the machine depends on. The symptoms build slowly. Cycles take longer, the drum runs hotter, clothes come out damp on a full programme, and eventually a sensor trips. The narrow head passes between the fins to lift packed lint out rather than pushing it further in. Switch the dryer off at the socket and let it cool before cleaning, and work along the direction the fins run.
