Replacement for AEG Fan Oven Heating Element KM1440 KM1840 KM4400 5550458003

This 1650W, 230V fan oven element warms the air circulated through the oven cavity. Replacement for AEG KM1440, KM1840 and KM4400 ovens, it sits behind the fan cover in place of the element being removed. A working ring element helps the oven reach its chosen temperature for baking and roasting when the fitted element has failed.

Check the model plate on the oven frame inside the open door against the listed prefixes and part number 5550458003. Similar looking elements may have different fittings or electrical ratings. This is a mains electrical part: isolate the appliance from the supply first and have a competent person carry out the repair in line with current UK wiring regulations.

Key Features:

• Restore Even Oven Heat - Replacement for AEG KM1440, KM1840, KM4400, KM5840 and KM8403 fan ovens. This 1650W element warms the air circulated by the fan, helping the cavity reach its set temperature.
• Bring The Oven Back To Temperature - The 1650W, 230V ring element provides heat behind the fan cover, helping the oven reach its selected setting when the element already in the machine has failed.
• Support More Consistent Baking - The circular element heats the air that the fan moves through the oven cavity, helping reduce cold patches caused by a failed element rather than relying on grill heat.
• Keep Electrical Work Safe - This mains powered heating element must be fitted by a competent person. Isolate the appliance from the supply first and follow current UK wiring regulations during the repair.
