Description

This replacement nozzle is made for Vax Platinum SmartWash carpet cleaners. It measures 32.7cm by 23.5cm by 5.6cm.

The nozzle is the part that recovers the dirty water. It seals against the carpet across its full width and carries the suction path back to the tank, and everything about how dry the carpet is left depends on it being intact. A crack in the body, a distorted lip or a blockage in the throat breaks that seal. The machine still puts clean water down but stops drawing it back, and the carpet is left soaked and slow to dry, which is the point at which most people assume the motor is failing. Rinse the nozzle through after each use so residue does not build up in the throat.
