Description

This compatible washing machine door seal is designed to form a flexible water barrier between the drum opening and the closed appliance door. Repeated washing, trapped objects and detergent residue can cause the existing gasket to split, deform or harden. Typical signs include water at the front of the machine, snagged laundry or visible damage around the seal lip.

Replacing the affected gasket helps restore the intended boundary around the loading opening. Installation requires correct positioning of the moulded sections and secure refitting of the retaining components. The appliance must be isolated from the electrical supply and water source before work begins.
